- Primero. El numeral
- segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-720 de septiembre 29 de 1999, quedará así:
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el parágrafo
- segundo. del artículo 150 de la ley 448 de 1998, según el cual Del ochenta por ciento (80%) correspondiente a los departamentos, el cuatro por ciento (4%) se girará al Corpes respectivo.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Relatoría de esta Corporación, que adjunte copia del presente auto a la sentencia respectiva, con el fin de que sea publicado junto con ella en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional correspondiente.
- Tercero. Ordenar a la Secretaría General de la Corte, que envíe copia del present auto al archivo de esta Corporación, para que sea adjuntado al expediente correspondiente.
- Cuarto. Ordenar a la Secretaría General de la Corte, que envíe copia del presente auto a todas las autoridades a las que se les comunicó la snetencia de la referencia.
